Message	cars because we don't have the salt/rust issues on most used cars. Though with the current flood issues from Katrina in the gulf states I don't beleive FL is any more likely to have those vehicles than any other area. As for different rules and regs I think FL is pretty liberal when it comes to what you can get away with. No emissions testing for one.
